National Walking Month

Every day in May we'll be drawing winners just for walking or wheeling. There are £830 in prizes up for grabs and all you need to do is download our free app from Google Play or the App Store, register in two minutes and then try to walk and wheel a little bit more as the month goes on. You can also win £50 in our weekly Refer a Friend prize draws - so why not invite friends, family and colleagues out for a stroll?

Walking is a wonderful way to improve your physical and mental health. It reduces the risk of depression, Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and even some cancers. It can also lift your mood, help you to connect with nature - and replace the car for shorter trips. So you can improve your health, protect the environment and save money just by walking or wheeling!

Even short walks make a big difference, so during National Walking Month you are invited to step up and try walking a little bit further. We'll have daily prizes, medals and motivational messaging to help you along the way. Can you join us for four challenges?

🔟 1-10 May walk or wheel for ten minutes every day to earn a BetterTicket entry into our daily prize draw for 10,000 BetterPoints (that's £10!).
⏱ 11-20 May can you #Try20 for the next ten days? We'll give away 20,000 BetterPoints every day!
🚶🏽 21-31 May what about half an hour a day? You will feel fantastic - and earn an entry into our daily draws for 30,000 BetterPoints!
🤝 Refer a Friend invite friends, family and colleagues for a walk or wheel to enter our weekly draws for 50,000 BetterPoints!

Join us to step up your walking and wheeling by going a little longer this National Walking Month. We guarantee it will make you feel great - and you could win some BetterPoints to treat yourself or donate to charity.
